What is Apriltoberfest?

Come enjoy an Apriltoberfest Dinner in Boise on Saturday April 28th, 2012.  So what is Apriltoberfest you ask?  Well, since Octoberfest is just so much fun, we decided we just couldn’t wait til’ October.  So we’re having Octoberfest in April.

The Highlands Hollow Brewhouse will be serving an authentic German Dinner in celebration of Apriloberfest starting at 5:00 pm until it’s all gone.  Enjoy live music from the Boise Edelweiss Band who will be doing a live recording that night from 7-9 pm.

Don’t miss a great night out with authentic homemade food, live music (being recorded), and of course all of your favorite micro brewed ales.

Saur Braten – Classic soured roast with ginger snap gravy

Hot Potato Salad – Sweet and Sour potato salad with bacon

Celery Root with Apples – Sliced celery root and apples in a creamy dressing

Baked Onion Cake – Bisquit like bread with a layer of grilled onions and cheese
