It’s Finally Here! Craft Beer Week in Boise

American Craft Beer Week in Boise is being celebrated across the Treasure Valley and Highlands Hollow Brewhouse has beer specials all week long just for you. The beer starts pouring on Monday May 14th, 2012 and continues through Saturday May 19th.

American Craft Beer WeekThis is the Mother of All Beer Weeks across the nation and the Hollow is joining the celebration with a beer special every day of the week capped off with a Brewers Dinner on Saturday evening.  So what have you been thirsting for lately? Perhaps a Ginger wheat beer, Fiegwild, Full Moon Stout or any of your favorite ales?  There will even be live music performed on Wednesday night 5/16 by Jim Fishwild himself.  And don’t forget your appetite……you’ll also get great food specials like wings, burgers, bratwurst and more.  Each day is a different special for you to enjoy.

Monday 5/14

Wings and Wheat’s

A bowl of wings with a Ginger or

Rasberry Wheat  $8.00

Tuesday 5/15

Burger, Fries and a Beer  $7.50

Wednesday 5/16

Fiegwild with Fishwild!

Live music with Jim Fishwild

1/2 price pitchers of Fiegwild from 6:00 to 9:00 pm

Thursday 5/17

Bratwurst and a Full Moon Stout  $8.00

Friday 5/18

Super Happy Hour

All pints  $1.25 3:00 to 6:00 pm

Saturday 5/19

Brewers Dinner

Jerk Shrimp salad with a citrus/rosemary vinaigrette

Paired with Lone Pine

Sweet and spicy chicken with rice and asparagus
