Join Highlands Hollow for a Boise Brewers Dinner!

Enjoy a special night out with friends and family pairing fine food with fine ales.  You will experience great food perfectly matched to 3 great micro brewed ales. Just like wine being perfectly matched to food, we have paired 3 ale beers with a full dinner meal to make your taste buds come to life.

You’ll start with soup and an appetizer served with our Ginger Wheat beer.  Next you’ll enjoy a homemade entree with our famous Hippie shake ale.  And finally, you’ll top off your meal with a desert paired with our Face Plant Porter beer.  You’ll be absolutely amazed how all the flavors all come together!  You’ll be even more amazed all that the Boise Brewers Dinner is served for only $14.95.  First come, first served starting at 5:00 pm Saturday night November 19th.  See you then!

Live German Oktoberfest Music

Boise’s Edelweiss Band will be playing live German Oktoberfest music at Highlands Hollow Brewhouse on Saturday night Oct. 22nd, 2011 from 6-9 p.m.  Don’t miss a great night out with friends and family listening to traditional polka dance music, oompa music, and of course the famous chicken dance……with Abigale of course!

Admission is free and there will be plenty of Oktoberfest Beer with authentic German food to enjoy.

Oktoberfest Dinner in Boise

Come enjoy an Oktoberfest Dinner in Boise on Saturday October 22nd, 2011.  Highlands Hollow Brewhouse will be serving an authentic German Dinner in celebration of Oktoberfest starting at 5:00 pm.  We’ll be serving our famous Olt Koenig Beer along with live music from Boise’s Edelweiss Band. don’t miss a great night out with great homemade food, live music and of course Abigale will be participating in the chicken dance along with those of you inclined.

Brews at the Idaho Botanical Garden Harvest Festival

Come join Highlands Hollow for their brews at the Idaho Botanical Garden Harvest Festival this Saturday & Sunday October 8th & 9th, 2011 from 12-6pm each day.  All proceeds benefit The Children’s Adventure Garden, Education, and Horticulture Programs

Celebrate the fall season in the Garden. Among the creative Scarecrow displays, you can enjoy live music, hay rides, games, and kid’s activities. Shop the farmers market with a variety of local vendors and fresh ingredients. Purchase pumpkins, and great food, fall brews, wine, and fresh cider. Come join Highlands Hollow on Tuesday’s from 3-6 for our new Boise Wine Happy Hour!  Each Tuesday there will be a variety of select white wines and red wines at 50% off.  Some of the wines available will be wines from Napa Valley, CA to European wines from Spain and as far away as Australia.

Each Tuesday we will provide a different variety of choice wines for your tasting.  Imagine a Bogle Chardonnay white wine with the delicious flavors of lemon, pear and vanilla dancing on your palate.  Or perhaps a Steele “Old Vine” Zinfandel red wine boasting big flavors of red cherries, oak and a hint of sweetness.  From Pinoit Noir, to Merlot, to Chardonnay, to Zinfandels……and more, you will enjoy a new wine weekly at the Highlands Hollow Brewhouse Wine Happy Hour!
