It’s Finally Here! Craft Beer Week in Boise
American Craft Beer Week in Boise is being celebrated across the Treasure Valley and Highlands Hollow Brewhouse has beer specials all week long just for you. The beer starts pouring on Monday May 14th, 2012 and continues through Saturday May 19th.
This is the Mother of All Beer Weeks across the nation and the Hollow is joining the celebration with a beer special every day of the week capped off with a Brewers Dinner on Saturday evening. So what have you been thirsting for lately? Perhaps a Ginger wheat beer, Fiegwild, Full Moon Stout or any of your favorite ales? There will even be live music performed on Wednesday night 5/16 by Jim Fishwild himself. And don’t forget your appetite……you’ll also get great food specials like wings, burgers, bratwurst and more. Each day is a different special for you to enjoy.

What is Apriltoberfest?
Come enjoy an Apriltoberfest Dinner in Boise on Saturday April 28th, 2012. So what is Apriltoberfest you ask? Well, since Octoberfest is just so much fun, we decided we just couldn’t wait til’ October. So we’re having Octoberfest in April.
The Highlands Hollow Brewhouse will be serving an authentic German Dinner in celebration of Apriloberfest starting at 5:00 pm until it’s all gone. Enjoy live music from the Boise Edelweiss Band who will be doing a live recording that night from 7-9 pm.
Don’t miss a great night out with authentic homemade food, live music (being recorded), and of course all of your favorite micro brewed ales.
Our Apriltoberfest Dinner for $9.95 includes:
Saur Braten – Classic soured roast with ginger snap gravy

The 2012 Best of Treasure Valley voting starts on April 6th this year. Help decide the best things to do, see, and eat here in the city of Boise and the Treasure Valley. Will Highlands Hollow Brewhouse defend it’s title of “The Best Brewpub of Treasure Valley” for 2011? You can help crown the winner of the 2012 best Brewpub/Ale House.

To vote, go to the Idaho Statesman and sign in to vote. Once you are logged in,click on the “Food and Drink” button and look for Highlands Hollow under “Best Brew Pub/Ale House” and “Best Fries”. By voting for us you will allow other Treasure Valley citizens and visitors to experience what we all already know……Highlands Hollow Brewhouse is the Best of Treasure Valley!
The winners are purely based on votes from beer drinkers like you. so get out there and vote! Once the votes are tallied, the winners will be announced on June 8th and an article will be published on them in the Idaho Statesman.

Join us for Earth Day Celebration in Boise
Come join the fun for the Boise Earth Day Celebration! Highlands Hollow Brewhouse will be pouring our famous Spoon Tongue and Hippie Shake in the local Beer Festival & Tasting at North End Organic Nursery. We start pouring at 11 a.m. and will end at 5 p.m. There will plenty to see along with a special Earth Day Plant Sale at the Nursery. So come by and say hello and relax with a great beer and fun.
