Live German Oktoberfest Music

Boise’s Edelweiss Band will be playing live German Oktoberfest music at Highlands Hollow Brewhouse on Saturday night Oct. 22nd, 2011 from 6-9 p.m.  Don’t miss a great night out with friends and family listening to traditional polka dance music, oompa music, and of course the famous chicken dance……with Abigale of course!

Admission is free and there will be plenty of Oktoberfest Beer with authentic German food to enjoy.

Oktoberfest Dinner in Boise

Come enjoy an Oktoberfest Dinner in Boise on Saturday October 22nd, 2011.  Highlands Hollow Brewhouse will be serving an authentic German Dinner in celebration of Oktoberfest starting at 5:00 pm.  We’ll be serving our famous Olt Koenig Beer along with live music from Boise’s Edelweiss Band. don’t miss a great night out with great homemade food, live music and of course Abigale will be participating in the chicken dance along with those of you inclined.

Our Oktoberfest Dinner for $12.95 includes:

Jäger-Schnitzel (pork schnitzel with hunter sauce)

Pilze, Tomaten, und speck mit spetzel (mushroom, tomato and bacon with spetzel)

Knockwerst Salat (knockworst salad)

Rheinpfaelzer Zwiebelkuchen (baked onion cake)

Desert for additional $2.95

Brews at the Idaho Botanical Garden Harvest Festival

Come join Highlands Hollow for their brews at the Idaho Botanical Garden Harvest Festival this Saturday & Sunday October 8th & 9th, 2011 from 12-6pm each day.  All proceeds benefit The Children’s Adventure Garden, Education, and Horticulture Programs

Celebrate the fall season in the Garden. Among the creative Scarecrow displays, you can enjoy live music, hay rides, games, and kid’s activities. Shop the farmers market with a variety of local vendors and fresh ingredients. Purchase pumpkins, and great food, fall brews, wine, and fresh cider.
