Lone
Pine
This golden ale with a slight
malty sweetness is an excellent example of the flavor derived
from Munich malt. The conservative hopping rate allows
the malt flavor to shine through.

Gingerwheat
Half barley and half wheat malt
with fresh ground ginger added during the boil. A very light ale
with a blast of ginger flavor.

Fiegwild
Our English-syle pale ale.
Copper/orange color with a beautiful floral hop aroma, Fieg is
agressively hopped using Willamette, Cascade and Cluster hops,
and is a favorite among Hollow Heads as well as your traveling
show bands and the occasional caravan of roving gypsies.

Doolie's
Named after the horse (he's about
the same color), Doolie's is a dark ale with ruby red overtones
which show up if you hold it to the light (the beer, not the
horse). A slightly roasted flavor profile and the darker color
comes from the use of three different specialty malts that are
roasted in varying degrees, to stringent specifications.

Full
Moon Stout
Six types of barley are used to
create this complexed and delicious beer. Not your typical "burnt
and bitter" stout, you'll find Full Moon to be smooth, creamy
and loaded with flavor.

Hippie
Shake
Rich,
full bodied and extremely flavorful. The huge hopping rate
helps balance the malty flavors of this very popular brew....
Truly A Flashback In A Glass".

Berry
Good Wheat
This is a great example of why
we never filter our beers. We prefer to leave the flavor in the
glass, not the filter! Berry Good Wheat is very cloudy and
slightly pink with the tang of fresh berries. We usually use
raspberries but we reserve the right to experiment with the
seasonal favorite.
